Get ready for a marvelous spectacle for kids of all ages. It’s not just clowns! You’ll see a dynamic ringmaster, Asian elephants, Bengal tigers, trapeze artists, a motorcycle steel cage and high-wire. This year Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus features a Dragons theme!

Never a dull moment!

Things to remember:

  • If you arrive early enough you may have a chance to see the circus animals before the show.
  • Hand Sanitizer!
  • Peanuts, popcorn and cotton candy may complete the experience but remember concessions are a bit expensive. Have a meal before the event. Bring snacks to hold your child over to the next meal.
  • If this is the first time you child is attending the circus be aware that they may be overwhelmed at first. Take steps to help prepare them for the circus.  Read books about the circus. Watch a video clip.
  • Take a break from the action. Your child may get over stimulated.
  • Don’t neglect potty breaks.
  • Beware! Once you get home your child may attempt some of the stunts they have seen!!!

The obvserver says it’s today at 1, but the DOT says 630. I have tried to call both to get confirmation, but am not really getting anywhere.

  2. Jen says:

Does anyone know their departure from town? When and where they will be load the animals back up?
