Class, comfort, and exceptional service are three ways I would categorize my recent experience at Re Salon and Med Spa. As I stood in front of the grand entrance doors of the Re Salon in South Charlotte, I was impressed to say the least. With each step through different rooms and areas in their spa facility, my level of satisfaction was met and exceeded right up to the moment I exited the threshold of those same grandiose doors I had entered just a few hours before.
Sound amazing? It is. Would I lie to you???
Here are a couple of reasons my experience was so amazing and what you an expect when you book services at Re Salon.
1. Exceptional Customer Service – from the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by several staff members (of which did the same thing to clients who came in after I did as well), I was given refreshments and shown the spa area upstairs. Because of a large bridal party my Esthetician was running a little bit behind, however I barely noticed because Mare, the amazing Massage Therapist scooped me up and gave me an amazing massage while I waited. {Now that’s team work, AND great service.} Each person I came into contact with during my two treatments were delightful and attentive. This definitely made the difference in service, I felt like a queen.
2. Professionalism at it’s Finest – both my Esthetician and my Nail Specialist were very knowledgeable about the services they were preforming. Instructed me on what they would be doing and also suggested some products that would enhance the services that I received. *I thoroughly enjoyed a complimentary Jet Peel Facial, which left my skin glowing for days after my treatment, and I highly recommend a shellac manicure, my nail polish which is great for busy moms.
