Meet the Moms: Catherine – Former Writer

Banker by day and Foodie 24×7, Catherine Coltrin “CC” brings her wit and humor to food that will have you laughing over her mishaps or drooling over her next culinary creation.

A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Marketing, Catherine works full time doing Communications for Bank of America, has been happily married to the man of her dreams for almost 10 years and has two boisterous blue eyed boys ages 3 and 6.

An active member of Central Church of God, Catherine sings in the church choir and participates in the Care and Comfort ministry that provides meals to families who have lost a loved one.

Food is her passion and her extensive travels and love of flavor keeps her on the forefront of deliciousness. She maintains a blog – The Musing Foodie, runs a catering business and enters cooking contests in her spare time.
