The holidays are coming quickly, your to-do list is growing rapidly, your children are on a high that’s a combination of sugar and anticipation…and then school gets out. (cue the dark, anticipatory music!). Well, friends, never fear because Discovery Place saves the day again!!!
This year, for the first time, Discovery Place is offering day-long winter camps! These camps are designed to give a little structure, a little learning and a lot of fun to your children on their holiday break, all while giving parents a break to enjoy a quiet moment or attack a giant to do list. (Do I hear any other parents hollering “amen” out there?!).Camps will be held on December 19 and 20, from 9am-4pm with a supervised lunch between Noon and 1pm. Campers are welcome to bring a bag lunch, or money to purchase lunch in the Discovery Place Community Cafe. Registration is open now and filling up quickly, so head on over here to get more info or to sign your kids up for a fabulous, interactive learning experience. Now there’s some holiday fun even the most savvy, educationally minded mom can feel great about!
What winter camps are your children participating in this season?
